Terms of service
These terms cover purchases from The RV Roof Man at thervroofman.com. By placing an order, you agree to them, to the listed price, and to our privacy and return policies.
We are based in Sacramento, California, and we provide mobile RV roof service across the United States. There is no in-shop location. We sell RV roof coatings and related products. Phone orders and questions are taken Monday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pacific, at (916) 284-7067 or thervroofman@gmail.com.
You must give a real name, a reachable phone or email, and a shipping or service address we can use. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
Prices are shown on the product page at checkout. Shipping charges are separate. Our return policy covers unused products within 30 days of delivery. We refund the product price only. We do not refund shipping to you or shipping back to us, unless we agree to something different with you before the return is finished.
We may cancel an order or issue a refund at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required. If we cancel and refund, the refund is the amount paid on that order.
Cash orders. Some products are offered at a cash price. Those pages and the pop-ups on them state the instructions and the fee. If you choose a cash order and do not follow those instructions, you are charged the fee shown in the pop-up. That fee is part of these terms.
Fraud and chargebacks. If you commit fraud on this website, or if you file multiple chargebacks, we may refuse service, cancel current and future orders, and refuse orders from you or from any other party associated with you. We may also share what we need with our payment processor and bank to respond to a dispute.
Harassment. If you harass us, our staff, or anyone working an order, we may cancel your orders and refund the full balance paid on those orders.
We may also refuse or cancel an order for a pricing error, a product we cannot supply, or a violation of these terms.
Product descriptions are for the item named on the page. Service work is scheduled separately and depends on access, weather, and the condition of the roof. Nothing on the site is a promise that a coating or repair will fit every roof.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
