Refund policy

The RV Roof Man accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, so the product is still fresh. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Contact us at (916) 284-7067 or thervroofman@gmail.com before you send anything back.

We refund the price of the product. We do not refund the shipping cost to get the item to you, and we do not refund the shipping cost to send it back. Those costs stay with you.

A different refund can apply if we agree to it with you directly. That agreement has to be made with us before the return is finished.
